VOLUNTEER

If you have a love for kids and wish to volunteer to help with kids choirs, we would love to have you! No musical abilities required. Volunteering consists of around 1.5 hours on Wednesday afternoons.
CAMP NARNIA
Camp Narnia is an opportunity for children to explore several areas of the fine arts. It's a summer experience, meeting from 8:30 am-12:00 pm daily for a week. The children will rotate through the different arts and put on a public play.
SCHOLARSHIPS
The Music Ministry of Christ UMC offers scholarships each semester to college students who are members of Christ UMC or active participants in the Music Ministry. Scholarships may or may not be awarded each semester depending upon availability of funds and the quality of the applications.
Music & Fine Arts Involvement Scholarship
Up to $500 awarded each semester to a college student in any major who has participated in 80% of his/her chosen activity of the Music and Fine Arts program of Christ UMC and continues participating in some area of Music and Fine Arts through his/her college years, either at college, at Christ UMC, or at a church in the community where he/she is attending college.
Carolyn Braswell Higher Education Scholarship
Up to $500 awarded each semester. This scholarship is for a graduate student seeking a Music/Fine Arts-related degree, who has participated in 80% of his/her chosen activity of the Music and Fine Arts program of Christ UMC. If no award has been made within a two year period an undergraduate student seeking a Music/Fine Arts-related degree may apply.
