Take care of the body God has provided to you. Join us Monday evenings at 4:30 in Room A96 of the Annex for Lord’s Temple Pilates. Pilates is an exercise program focusing on balance, flexibility and strengthening, appropriate for all ages and levels of ability. No previous exercise experience is needed; however, you must be able to get up and down from the floor. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, if you have one.
